How to sign in to your Kaya918 account on the PNG mobile app, and how to fix it when the login will not go through.

Before you start

Two things are worth saying plainly, because they cause most of the confusion we hear about on support.

🔐 Sign in on the official portal only

Log in through the Kaya918 app or the official player portal linked from this page. This guide will never ask you to type your password into it, and neither will our support team — anyone who does is not us.

🆔 Your player ID is not your phone number

When your account was created, support issued you a player ID. That ID, not the number you registered with, is what goes in the first field of the login screen.

How to log in to the Kaya918 mobile app

Open the app

Tap the Kaya918 icon on your Android home screen. Not installed yet? Download the latest APK first, then come back to this step.

Enter your player ID

Type the ID exactly as it was issued. It is case sensitive, so KAYA123 and kaya123 are treated as different accounts.

Enter your password

Tap the eye icon to reveal what you have typed. Phone keyboards frequently add a capital letter or a trailing space you cannot see.

Tap Login

On a first sign-in you will be prompted to replace the temporary password with one of your own. Choose it before you make a first deposit.

Login problems and how to fix them

Ordered by how often they actually come up.

"Invalid ID or password"

Most likely cause: Autocorrect capitalised the first letter of your player ID, or added a space after it.

Fix: Clear both fields completely. Type the ID by hand rather than pasting, and check it with the eye icon before tapping Login.

Still failing: Your password may have been reset. Message support to confirm the current one.

App opens then closes immediately

Most likely cause: An outdated APK left over from a previous version, or a partly completed install.

Fix: Uninstall the app, then install the current APK from the official download page. Your account and balance are stored on our servers, not on the phone, so nothing is lost.

Still failing: Check you have at least 300MB of free storage. Android silently fails installs on a full device.

Stuck on the loading screen

Most likely cause: An unstable mobile connection during the initial handshake, common on congested 3G in PNG.

Fix: Switch between WiFi and mobile data, force close the app, and reopen it. Loading past this screen needs a steady connection for about ten seconds.

Still failing: Turn the phone fully off and on. This clears a stale network state that a force close does not.

Account locked or session ended

Most likely cause: Repeated failed attempts, or a sign-in on a second phone which ended the session on the first.

Fix: Wait fifteen minutes before trying again. Only one active session is allowed per account at a time.

Still failing: Contact support from the number registered to the account so the lock can be lifted.

Still cannot get in?

Message our support team on WhatsApp from the phone number your account is registered to. Have your player ID ready — it is the fastest way for us to find you.

Log in or create an account

Signing in and registering both happen on the official Kaya918 player portal. Existing players can log in there directly; new players can open an account in a couple of minutes and start on the welcome bonus. If you would rather register with a person, our support team can still set an ID up for you over WhatsApp.

Keeping your account safe

🚫 Never share your password

Our support team can reset your password but will never ask you to tell us what it is. Any message requesting it is an impersonation attempt.

📥 Only install from the official page

Modified builds of the Kaya app circulate on file-sharing sites and can capture your login. Install only from our own download page.

📱 Lock your phone

The app keeps you signed in between sessions. A PIN or fingerprint on the phone itself is what stops someone else reaching your balance.

How do I log in to the Kaya app?

Open the Kaya918 app on your Android device, enter the player ID issued when your account was created, enter your password, then tap Login. If you have not installed the app yet, download the APK from the official download page first.

What is my Kaya918 player ID?

Your player ID is the username issued by our support team when your account was set up. It is not your phone number and not your email address. If you cannot find it, contact support on WhatsApp and it can be looked up against the number you registered with.

I forgot my Kaya app password. How do I reset it?

Password resets are handled by our support team over WhatsApp. Message support from the phone number you registered with, confirm your player ID, and a temporary password will be issued which you then change on your next login. Why does the Kaya app say my login is incorrect?

The most common causes are a case-sensitivity mistake in the player ID, a trailing space added by autocorrect, or an outdated version of the app. Tap the eye icon to reveal your password and check it character by character, then confirm you are running the latest APK version.

Can I log in to Kaya918 on more than one phone?

Your account can be installed on more than one device, but only one active session is allowed at a time. Signing in on a second phone will end the session on the first.

Is there a Kaya918 login on the website instead of the app?
